Biography
Amanda is a law clerk with the Law Office of Linda Mainenti Walsh, Esq., LLC. Prior to becoming a law clerk with our office, Amanda served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel R. Lindemann, J.S.C. in Union County, Superior Court. Amanda attended law school at New England Law | Boston in Boston, Massachusetts. While in law school, Amanda was the President of the Public Interest Law Association and the Criminal Law Society. To gain experience Amanda interned for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in the Special Victim’s Unit, as well as for the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in the Domestic Violence Unit. Further, Amanda’s experience includes service at the New England Law | Boston’s Public Interest Clinic as well as its Family Law Clinic where she interned for Casa Myrna Domestic Violence Shelter.
